Overview
We are seeking a dedicated General Practitioner (GP) to join our team for two sessions per week. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional to contribute to patient care within a supportive environment. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including assessments and diagnoses.
- Manage a diverse caseload covering general medical issues, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
- Administer medications and oversee treatment plans in accordance with clinical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records following data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest medical developments.
Experience
- Proven experience working as a General Practitioner within the UK healthcare system.
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate patient care across diverse populations, including hospice and home care patients.
