Night Care Practitioner
As a Night Care Practitioner in Hollybank, you will be part of a small happy team who are responsible for providing personal care and support needs for our residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes their independence.
Principal responsibilities
Assist individuals with their bed time routine, whilst encourageing independence, wellbeing and dignity at all times.
· Personal care such as getting out of bed, dressing, undressing, washing, bathing, assistance with going to the bathroom etc
· Help with their mobility / physical requirements including incontinence, personal aids and equipment.
· Assistance with changing beds, cleaning tasks and some laundry.
· Read and write reports and be involved in individual’s reviews
· To encourage and support independence wherever possible.
