HV Cable Ducting Project Manager

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HV Cable Ducting Project Manager to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering major infrastructure and utilities projects across the Highlands of Scotland.
The role will focus on the delivery of HV cable ducting works, supporting substations, storage facilities, and wider infrastructure developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HV cable ducting projects from mobilisation to completion
- Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and direct labour
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget
- Coordinate with design teams, utility providers, and client representatives
- Manage permits, temporary works, traffic management, and reinstatement
- Ensure all works meet contractual, technical, and quality standards
Candidate Requirements
- Experience delivering HV cable ducting or utility-based civil engineering projects
- Strong background in civils, utilities, power, or energy infrastructure
- Proven Project Management experience on site-based works
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full UK right to work
