Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Lead to oversee daily operations within our organisation. This is a Franchised Subway Store. We would welcome individuals who have worked in other Subway Stores at any position.
The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a background in hospitality or guest services, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to develop their leadership capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate team activities to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor service standards and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and personalised guest services.
- Organise staff schedules, assign duties, and manage shift coverage effectively.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, training requirements, and organisational goals.
- Assist in training new staff members, fostering a positive work environment centred on teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

- Proven management experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong background in hospitality or guest services, with excellent interpersonal skills.
