Are you outgoing, confident and great with people? Do you enjoy sales, travel and being part of exciting live events?
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Merchandise Team, helping customers purchase and download photos and videos of their adventure experiences at some of the UK’s most exciting events.
Working with The UK Bungee Club and Big Bang Experiences, you’ll travel the UK delivering outstanding customer service while helping participants take home lasting memories of their experience.

We deliver adventure experiences across the UK including:
- Bungee jumps at Battersea Park, London and Salford Quays, Manchester
- Urban abseils at York Racecourse, NHS hospitals and city landmarks
- Zip wires at major venues including Twickenham Stadium and leading UK football grounds
- TV stunt work including BBC Top Gear’s Freddie Flintoff car bungee and Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway

The Role
As part of our Merchandise Team, your primary responsibility will be helping customers purchase photographs and videos of their experience.
Many participants have been given their experience as a gift, are completing a bucket-list challenge or raising money for charity, making their photos and videos an important part of the day.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Selling photo and video packages to participants and spectators
- Assisting customers with downloading and transferring media to their phones
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the event
- Operating sales systems and handling transactions
- Supporting customer registration when required
- Assisting with event setup and pack down
- Working closely with the wider event team
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who are:
- Friendly, confident and approachable
- Comfortable speaking with new people all day
- Motivated by sales and customer interaction
- Reliable and professional
- Comfortable using technology and smartphones
- Happy working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willing to travel and stay away from home
Desirable Skills
The following experience would be beneficial but is not essential:
- Retail sales or merchandising
- Face-to-face customer service
- Hospitality or leisure industry experience
- Outdoor activity experience
- Outdoor instructing
- Rope work or climbing experience
- Event setup, truss building or stage building
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience driving vans
Full training will be provided.
Important Information
- Most work takes place at weekends
- Events are located throughout the UK
- Travel and accommodation are provided when working away
- Accommodation is typically shared twin rooms with same-sex crew members
- Long days are common during busy event weekends
- Work is available year-round, with the busiest period during spring and summer

Pay
Starting rate: £12.71 per hour
Additional payments are available for overnight stays and driving company vehicles.
During busy periods, weekend earnings can typically range from £250–£350 depending on location, duties undertaken and time of year.
Video interviews will commence immediately and work is available straight away.
