We are looking to grow our award winning Kitchen team.
Roles available in both our Cedar Tree (1 Michelin Star and 4 AA Rosettes) and Bistro Enkel.
At Farlam Hall we have a number of exciting opportunities to work within in a friendly, ambitious and highly focused team led by Chef-Patron, Hrishikesh Desai who is a proven Michelin Starred Chef with multiple AA rosettes as well as winning the prestigious Roux Scholarship and National Chef of the Year competition.
Whether you're taking your first steps in a professional kitchen or you're an experienced chef from a Rosette or Michelin-starred background, we'd love to hear from you.
What we are looking for
We're searching for enthusiastic, hardworking chefs with a genuine passion for great food and continuous learning.
We welcome applications from:
- Aspiring chefs beginning their culinary careers with some kitchen experience.
- Chefs looking to progress into the next stage of their development.
- Experienced professionals from Rosette and/or Michelin-starred kitchens seeking a new challenge.
The most important qualities are a strong work ethic, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a desire to be part of a supportive, ambitious team.
