Duties
- Provide a range of beauty services including those listed below.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences, ensuring a personalised experience.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer clients the best options.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.
- Handle client inquiries and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Book appointments
- Upsell treatments
- Possess xcellent communication skills over the phone
- Be a team player and work as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Proficiency in the use of a MAC (Apple Laptop)
- A friendly, approachable demeanour with a passion for helping others look their best.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
