We are seeking a Mobile Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of sites across the specified region, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
This role involves managing multiple locations and teams, with a strong emphasis on autonomy and effective planning.
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who can manage a varied workload across different sites, supporting teams operating across extended hours while maintaining company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of approximately 35 locations and 50 placemakers
- Travel regularly between sites using a company-provided vehicle
- Manage teams remotely across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Take ownership of scheduling and workload planning with a high level of autonomy
- Complete and track monthly tasks via tablet, including audits and reporting
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and Health & Safety checks
- Conduct meetings and ensure all reporting requirements are met
- Ensure all sites meet company standards and regulatory compliance
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience
- Experience managing teams across multiple or remote sites (mobile role experience highly desirable)
- Comfortable with extensive travel and driving as part of the role
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload independently
- Confident in using digital tools such as tablets for task management and reporting
- Flexibility required to support operational needs (typically between 07:00-22:00)
