Position Overview: As an Expert Allocation Team Trainee, you will embark on an exciting journey of professional growth and learning. This entry-level position is designed to introduce you to the workings of our Expert Allocation Team, offering a personal, efficient, and friendly service to our clients, staff, and members of our expert panel. You will receive hands-on training and support as you assist with managing caseloads, organising office operations, and building client relationships, contributing to the company's growth.
Training: Upon joining our team, you will participate in a structured training program covering General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), our internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and accounting packages. This program is aimed at developing your competencies, ensuring you become a confident and capable member of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with diary management, including booking appointments and securing necessary documentation.
- Support The Expert Allocation Team, through email and phone, ensuring professional correspondence.
- Aid in managing incoming calls and addressing inquiries effectively.
- Help schedule patients for clinical referrals and provide administrative support.
- Support the case management team to schedule patients for clinical referrals and provide administrative support across the office.
- Support The Case Management Team to help oversee assigned experts' caseloads, ensuring timely communication with clients to meet deadlines and fulfil requirements.
- Support the Case Management Team to prepare, format, and invoice for reports, while maintaining GDPR compliance.
- Contribute to business development activities.
- Assist with postal communication management.
- Support the company's growth and marketing initiatives.
- Participate in additional administrative duties as required.
All benefits commence after a 3-month probation period.
· 5 days Sick pay after qualifying period of employment of 1yr. Company Healthcare after 2yrs employment.
· 28 days paid holiday, which includes mandatory bank holidays and Christmas break.
· We offer increased holiday allowance based on length of service from Year 3 of continuous employment gaining an extra day for each year worked thereafter until year 7 of continuous employment. Subject to satisfactory performance and attendance.
