Location: Cheltenham
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
Salary: Competitive salary and commission/package that will be discussed upon application depending on experience.

Following our continued success, Murdock & Wasley is excited to be opening a brand new office in Cheltenham, and we're looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the way.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious estate agency professional to build and grow a new branch, lead our team and establish the Murdock & Wasley brand in Cheltenham.

The Role
As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the Cheltenham office while driving growth through carrying out valuations, winning new instructions and supporting your team to achieve their full potential.
You'll be instrumental in supporting to developing the branch and ensuring every client receives the exceptional service that Murdock & Wasley is known for.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating the Cheltenham team.
- Carrying out market appraisals and winning new instructions.
- Driving branch performance and profitability.
- Proactively winning new business and supporting the team to do the same.
- Developing team members.
- Building relationships with buyers, sellers.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the sales process.
- Helping establish and grow the Murdock & Wasley brand within Cheltenham.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager within estate agency.
- Knowledge of the Cheltenham/Gloucester property market.
- A proven track record of carrying out valuations and winning instructions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Full UK driving licence.
