Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an efficient office environment, managing administrative tasks, and supporting team members to ensure smooth business functioning. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring all administrative functions run smoothly
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff and management
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Oversee document management, filing systems, and record keeping
- Utilise QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record management
- Assist with payroll processing and other clerical duties as required
- Support onboarding of new staff members and organise training sessions
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as necessary
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Fast and accurate typing skills for data entry and correspondence
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a professional manner
- Good communication skills with a friendly phone manner
- Previous clerical experience is preferred but not essential if the candidate demonstrates strong organisational abilities

Pay: £30,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
