Freelance Cleaner – Pro Clean
Job Summary
Pro Clean is looking for reliable, motivated and detail-focused Freelance Cleaners to join our growing team.
You’ll work across a variety of client properties, helping us deliver the high standard of cleaning and presentation that Pro Clean customers expect. Work may include residential properties, commercial premises, end-of-tenancy cleans, deep cleans and post-construction cleaning.
This is a flexible role suited to cleaners who take pride in their work, can work independently and understand that the small details make a big difference.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out professional cleaning to Pro Clean standards, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, wiping and sanitising surfaces.
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, bedrooms, offices and communal areas to a consistently high standard.
Complete deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy and post-construction cleaning when required.
Safely and correctly use professional cleaning products, equipment and machinery. Clean and maintain equipment.
Follow job specifications, checklists and individual client instructions.
Pay close attention to high-touch areas, edges, corners, fixtures and finishing details.
Restock consumables where required.
Work efficiently to complete jobs within the allocated timeframe without compromising quality.
Identify and report damage, maintenance concerns or health and safety hazards.
Treat clients, their properties and belongings with care and respect.
Represent Pro Clean professionally at all times.
What We’re Looking For
Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred, particularly in domestic, commercial, hospitality, end-of-tenancy or post-construction cleaning, although training can be provided for the right candidates.
You should be reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. We’re looking for people with excellent attention to detail, good time management and a professional attitude towards customers.
Experience using professional cleaning equipment such as wet/dry vacuums, carpet cleaners, steam cleaners or floor machines is an advantage.
