Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our an independent hotel with passion and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of supervisory experience within the hotel industry, demonstrating strong leadership, guest service excellence, and operational expertise. This role offers visa sponsorship if required, providing an exciting opportunity to manage a vibrant property while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations. As Hotel Manager, you will be the driving force behind creating a welcoming environment, offer professional services to guest and maintaining high standards across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences, including service standards and amenities
- Manage human resources functions such as recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and staff development
- Coordinate with departments like housekeeping, food & beverage, front desk, and maintenance to ensure cohesive operations
- Monitor financial performance, control budgets, and optimize revenue opportunities
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to uphold the hotel’s reputation for outstanding service
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ supervisory experience in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster a positive work environment
- Previous experience in Little Hotelior and PMS
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality standards
- Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Experience in human resources management within a hospitality setting
- Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and tact
- Prior experience supervising staff across multiple departments is preferred

Pay: £25,420.00-£42,000.00 per year
