A rare and exciting opportunity has become available in our Didcot nursery!
Ready to Lead, Inspire and Make a Difference Every Single Day?
Can you build an incredible team, support children to thrive, calm a room in chaos, and still happily join a teddy bears' picnic before lunchtime?
Are you the person others naturally turn to for advice, encouragement, and support?
If you're an experienced early years professional looking for a leadership role where you can genuinely shape a nursery, inspire a team, and help children get the very best start in life, then we'd love to hear from you.
At our nursery in Didcot, no two days are ever the same. One minute you'll be supporting a practitioner with a learning activity, the next you'll be celebrating a child's milestone achievement, welcoming a new family, mentoring a colleague, or helping to bring an exciting new idea to life.
We're a cosy, vibrant nursery with spacious learning environments, and beautiful outdoor gardens. Our children are curious, confident, and full of personality — and we're looking for a Deputy Manager who can help lead a team that matches their enthusiasm.
This isn't just another childcare job. It's an opportunity to be part of a nursery that values creativity, teamwork, ambition, and making every day memorable for children and staff alike.

- Driving new ideas, continuous improvement, and exciting opportunities for children and staff
