- Deliver warm, friendly, and professional bar service during weddings, functions, and events.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, Champagne, wines, beers, spirits, tea, and coffee.
- Maintain high standards of drink preparation, presentation, and guest interaction at all times.
- Confidently engage with guests, offering menu knowledge and recommendations where appropriate.
- Keep the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service.
- Support the wider events team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy functions.
- Help create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere that enhances every guest’s experience.
- Assist with event setup, bar preparation, and close-down procedures when required.
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred, particularly within functions, weddings, or events.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills.
- Confident, friendly, and professional when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable experiences.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Must be 18 years old or over.
