Overview
Based in South Wimbledon we cover the whole of London but we are mostly working in Central London for lino installations both domestically and commercial.
We are looking for subcontractors
You must have several years experience fitting these floors. You must be able to fit it to the very highest standards, that means scribing and templating (lino). You need to have a fundamental understanding of sub-floors, be able to fit flooring grade plyboard to a high standard, screed and sand floors and do whatever it takes what is required to make them meet the standards for a LINOLEUM floor.
You need your own transport and tools.
You must be able to work all over London (although most of our work is Central and South London) and you must live in or near London.
Reliability, punctuality, politeness, common sense and good appearance go without saying. A good nature, a 'can-do' attitude and sunny disposition is essential. A good command of English is required as our customers are likely to want to talk to you.
Payments - weekly
Technology - you must be able to use our app, take photos and videos before during and after the project and get job sign-off from the customer. It is key, if this is beyond you or you don't care about this aspect of the job, please do not apply.
You will not be working every day, but sometimes you might be on long projects.

By the way, you will be asked to fill out a form and send it back to us. It has things like your address, your bank account details, next of kin etc.
We give project pricing and per m2 rates that often work out a lot ore than £500 per day.
Lates, weekend and holidays are extra.
Just so we are clear
1) You must have vast and recent experience of fitting lino
2) You must live in London
3) You must have a van and all your own tools
4) For those of you that don't have a van and keep applying anyway the rate is £400 a day as we need a driver to collect and drop your lino and collect the waste.
5) You need some availibilty. If you are always busy you don't us so no need to apply.
Pay: £400.00-£600.00 per day
