Position Overview:
As a CNC Operator at Blou Dynamic, you will play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality 2nd fix applications. You will work on a variety of projects across many different sectors, ranging from high end residential to commercial projects and public buildings throughout Central London.
Responsibilities:
- Read drawings and specifications.
- Create and run cutting programmes.
- Production of a range of joinery items.
- Inspect and ensure the quality of finished work meets industry standards.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects on time.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficient in using Nesting CNC machinery and software, along with a range of fixed joinery machinery.
- Ability to carry out routine maintenance of nesting CNC's.
- Excellent knowledge of Carpentry and Joinery techniques and methods.
- Strong attention to detail and precise workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum NVQ level 2

£18-£22 per hour dependant on performance
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 06.15 - 15.45
Supplemental Pay Types:
Performance bonus
Ability to commute:
Driver preferred but not essential. Sittingbourne station is a 15 minute walk away.

Pay: £18.00-£22.00 per hour
