An exciting opportunity for a committed and experienced registered nurse has become available at Medowview Nursing Home, Standalke, Oxfordshire. Previous managerial experience is not imperative but the ability to lead and manage the team is essential. Applicant must have a level 5 in management or be prepared to undertake this course.
You must have excelllent communication and people skills and be responsible for liasing with external professionals involved with the nursing home. i.e. Doctors, therapists , representatives from the County Council and CQC etc.
You will be expected to have a good working knowledge and understanding of all residents needs and be passionate about delivering person centred care.
Help and support will be given with your PREP requirements and personal ongoing education.
Excellent remuneration for the right candidate. Seperate 2 bedroom bungalow is available at a subsidised rate if desired .
