Job Introduction
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Cleaner to join our team at Birmingham RC.
This is more than a cleaning role. You'll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting meeting room set-ups, hospitality requests, porter duties, and general facilities services. You'll be an important part of delivering an outstanding experience for both our client and visitors.
What You'll Do

Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the site.

Set up meeting rooms and hospitality areas.
-
Complete scheduled and reactive cleaning tasks.

Carry out porter duties, including moving furniture and equipment.
-
Report maintenance issues and health & safety concerns.
-
Follow COSHH, Health & Safety and company procedures.
-
Keep cleaning equipment and storage areas clean and organised.
-
Deliver excellent customer service to colleagues and visitors.
-
Support the wider team and provide cover when required.

Complete other reasonable duties as requested.

Previous cleaning or facilities experience.

Ability to work independently using your own initiative.

Experience using commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Knowledge of COSHH and safe working practices.
