Mobile Barber – Self-Employed / Freelance
Geo Trims is building a new standard in mobile grooming, connecting skilled professional barbers with clients who want high-quality barbering delivered directly to their location.
We are expanding our founding London barber network and are looking for skilled, reliable and professional barbers who want greater flexibility over their availability and the opportunity to generate earnings through a premium mobile grooming platform.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Geo Trims barber, you will operate on a self-employed/freelance basis, providing professional barbering and grooming services to clients at their requested locations across London.
You will determine your own availability and use the Geo Trims platform to receive and manage eligible customer bookings.
This is not a conventional salaried position or traditional shop-chair arrangement.
EARNINGS
Geo Trims operates an 80/20 service revenue model.
Barbers receive 80% of the applicable service revenue, with Geo Trims retaining a 20% platform fee.
Potential gross service earnings currently range from approximately £32–£72 per completed booking/hour equivalent, depending on the service performed.
Actual earnings are booking-dependent and are not guaranteed. Earnings will vary according to your availability, the services performed and completed customer bookings.
As a self-employed professional, you are responsible for your own tax, National Insurance and other applicable self-employment obligations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Travel to customers at their requested service locations within Geo Trims’ operating area Deliver professional haircuts, fades, beard grooming, shaving and other applicable grooming services Consult with clients and deliver services appropriate to their requirements Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, sanitation and professional presentation Provide a consistently high standard of customer service Maintain and use your own appropriate professional barbering tools and equipment Manage your availability and eligible bookings through the Geo Trims platform Represent the Geo Trims service standard professionally when fulfilling bookings
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong professional barbering skills and relevant experience Confidence working across a range of hair types, styles and grooming requirements Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional, punctual and dependable conduct High standards of hygiene and personal presentation Ability and willingness to travel to customers across the applicable London service area Access to the professional tools and equipment required to perform your services A smartphone capable of accessing the Geo Trims digital platform Existing legal right to work in the United Kingdom
UK WORK ELIGIBILITY

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
This opportunity is offered on a self-employed/freelance basis. Successful applicants who progress through screening may be required to provide evidence of professional experience, identity, UK work eligibility and other documentation reasonably required as part of Geo Trims’ onboarding and compliance process.
