As a Manager and Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services in a welcoming and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client preferences and offering professional advice on nail care.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail technology and techniques to provide clients with innovative services.
- Manage appointments effectively to ensure timely service delivery while maintaining quality.
- Assist in supervising junior staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain inventory of nail products and tools, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitised and in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
- Supervising experience is preferred for those interested in team management roles.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety within the salon environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
