Supporting multiple UK sites, you'll play a key role in ensuring our HR systems, employee data and people processes are accurate, compliant and efficient. Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and operational managers, you'll provide expert support, develop meaningful reporting and help drive continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the subject matter expert for HR shared services processes across multiple sites.
- Managing HR data quality, reporting and dashboards to support business decisions.
- Supporting payroll processes by ensuring employee changes are accurate and completed on time.
- Producing workforce metrics and analysing trends including headcount, absence, turnover and onboarding.
- Identifying process improvements and helping standardise HR practices across the business.
- Supporting HR systems, testing, audits, data cleansing and system enhancements.
- Providing expert guidance to managers and HR teams on HR systems, processes and compliance.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver an efficient, customer-focused HR service.
- Maintain clear ownership of process documentation, controls, escalation routes and service expectations across supported business areas
- Provide guidance to site HR teams and managers on complex HR administration, system, data and process queries
- Previous experience within HR Shared Services, HR Operations or a similar high-volume HR environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle administration and payroll interactions.
- Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, Lookups and data analysis).
- Experience producing reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Strong HR systems experience with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Knowledge of GDPR and HR compliance requirements.
- A proactive approach to problem solving, process improvement and stakeholder management.
Desirable:
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Experience within manufacturing, food production or another fast-paced operational environment.
- Experience of HRIS or payroll systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Dayforce, Kronos or similar
