We are excited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint a Property Services Coordinator.
You will be part of an existing Property Services team that manages our Damp and Mould cases, complex repairs, disrepair process and our Aids and Adaptations work stream. This role will play a key part in supporting the wider team and providing a great service to our customers.
What you'll be doing
You will provide exceptional support for our wider Property Services team and excellent customer service to all our stakeholders through effective administration and coordinated supported.
You will develop and maintain strong working relationships within the Property Services team but also across teams in the business such as our responsive repairs team and our tenancy team, to help case progression and ensuring support for our customers.
Within this role you will have daily contact with our customers, contractors and other Stakeholders to ensure appointments are booked in a timely manner with clear details for our surveyors. You will support with collating documentation to respond to our legal disrepair claims, support raising works and ensuring payments are raised and made on time to ensure financial compliance.
You will support our Awaabs Law process alongside the wider team to ensure full compliance with Awaabs law by arranging inspections and supporting with customer communications as part of this process.
More about you. What can you bring?
You’ll have experience of working in a busy customer service environment and have exceptional customer service skills. Your strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities will mean you will be highly organised and be able to ensure deadlines are met.
Working under minimal supervision and as part of a team you will be empowered to organise your time effectively, prioritise workflows to ensure SLAs are met and customer experience and satisfaction is high. You will have strong written and verbal communication to ensure all communications are clear and all records are kept up to date, to minimise complaints and ensure a brilliant customer journey.
When and where you'll be doing it
You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of £33,335 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
This role allows for hybrid working. Our head office is in central Maidstone and is a new, modern and bright space which inspires creativity and innovation.
