Location: Covering Cambridge - Also required to travel to Wisbech for toolbox talks
Contract: Long-term / Sub-contract
Work: Planned Kitchens & Bathrooms
Rates: Pricework – rates to be discussed
Vehicle: Company vehicle provided
Paragon Resource Solutions are working with a reputable social housing contractor seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator for planned works across the Cambridge area.
The successful candidate must be within a suitable travel distance to Wisbech, as attendance at toolbox talks is required 3 times per week.
Main Responsibilities
- Painting kitchens and bathrooms in tenanted and void properties.
- Completing associated works to a high standard.
- Working efficiently and within required timescales.
- Maintaining excellent workmanship and customer service.
- Dealing professionally with customer enquiries.
- Travelling to multiple sites as required.
Requirements
- Full trade apprenticeship, NVQ Level 2, or proven relevant trade experience.
- Reliable and professional approach.
- Previous experience within social housing/planned works is desirable.
- Full driving licence.
This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for ongoing sub-contracting work for the right candidate.
