About the Role
NAAM GCC Client and Market Solutions Ltd provides client relationship management, GCC market-entry support, commercial partnerships, business-development assistance and international account services.
We are looking for a professional, commercially aware and service-focused Client Relationship Manager to manage client accounts and support long-term business relationships.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for assigned clients, coordinate service delivery, resolve account concerns and identify opportunities to strengthen commercial partnerships. You will work closely with business-development, operations, marketing and administrative teams to ensure that client requirements are understood and handled effectively.
This mid-level position is suitable for candidates with experience in account management, client services, customer success, business development or professional-services coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management: Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts and maintain regular professional communication.
Relationship Development: Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and understand their priorities, challenges and commercial objectives.
Service Coordination: Coordinate internal teams to ensure agreed services, reports and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Client Meetings: Arrange and lead routine account meetings, progress reviews and service discussions.
Requirement Management: Gather client requirements and communicate them clearly to operational and specialist teams.
Issue Resolution: Investigate account concerns, coordinate corrective action and keep clients informed throughout the process.
Account Planning: Prepare account plans covering current activity, relationship goals and potential growth opportunities.
Commercial Support: Identify suitable opportunities for additional services, renewals or expanded client engagement.
Proposal Coordination: Assist with preparing proposals, quotations, presentations and service documentation.
Performance Monitoring: Track service delivery, client satisfaction, agreed actions and account-related performance measures.
Reporting: Prepare regular account updates, meeting summaries and commercial reports for internal stakeholders.
Contract Support: Monitor key service commitments, review dates and account-related contractual requirements.
Market Coordination: Support communication between UK-based teams and approved GCC-region clients or partners.
Client Feedback: Collect client feedback and share practical recommendations with relevant departments.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to account-management processes, client communication and service coordination.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, customer success or a related role.
- Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain business relationships.
- Experience coordinating services across multiple internal teams.
- Strong organisation and deadline-management abilities.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage client concerns calmly and professionally.
- Commercial awareness and confidence identifying appropriate account-growth opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage several client accounts and changing priorities.
- Confidence using CRM systems, spreadsheets and presentation software.
- Dependable, proactive and collaborative approach to work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualification in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Communications or a related subject.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, technology, market-entry support or international business.
- Familiarity with UK and GCC business environments.
- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot or another customer-relationship management platform.
- Previous involvement in proposals, renewals or commercial account reviews.
- Experience preparing client reports and presentations.
- Additional language skills relevant to GCC markets are advantageous but not required.
- Understanding of responsible customer-data handling and confidentiality procedures.
Pay: £40,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
