Support Worker – Full-Time (Self Employed)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in accordance with individual care plans.
- Support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition, hydration, and daily living activities.
- Promote residents' dignity, independence, choice, privacy, and wellbeing at all times.
- Build positive relationships with residents, relatives, visitors, and colleagues.
- Encourage participation in meaningful activities and social engagement.
- Observe, record, and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional wellbeing.
- Follow safeguarding procedures, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide outstanding care.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential.
- Caring, compassionate, and patient nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Flexible, reliable, and motivated.
- Respect confidentiality and maintain professional standards.
Qualifications
- No formal qualifications required.
- Full induction and ongoing training provided.

Employment Details
The successful candidate will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check before employment.
