Canal Club is a busy, city-centre venue known for events, brunches, nightlife, and high-energy weekend trade. We are continuing to grow and evolve, and we are now looking for a strong, hands-on Manager to join the leadership team and help drive the venue forward.

The Role
We are looking for a confident and capable Manager who can oversee day-to-day operations while supporting wider business performance.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth service, leading shifts, supporting team development, and maintaining high standards across the venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading shifts and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff development
- Driving excellent customer experience and service standards
- Managing stock, ordering and supplier relationships
- Supporting event delivery including brunches, private hires and weekend trading
- Monitoring venue performance including sales, labour and costs
- Supporting compliance including licensing, health & safety and company policies
- Working closely with senior leadership on growth, marketing and performance initiatives
About You
- Experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of venue performance
- Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Organised, reliable and hands-on
- Passion for hospitality, nightlife and events
