Plumber / Plumbing Subcontractor Required – Stockport HMO Project
We are looking for an experienced plumber or small plumbing team to complete the plumbing works on an ongoing HMO refurbishment project in Stockport.
Scope of Works
- Complete remaining first fix plumbing throughout the property
- Hot and cold-water pipework as required
- Waste and drainage connections
- Heating and radiator pipework
- First fix services to bathrooms, shower rooms and kitchen
- Test all completed first fix installations
- Return to site once the property is ready for second fix
- Install sanitaryware, taps, wastes and radiators
- Complete final plumbing connections
- Testing, commissioning and snagging
We would ideally like one plumber or team to take responsibility for the remaining plumbing package from first fix through to final completion.
Rate
£200–£300 per day depending on experience and output.
Alternatively, a fixed labour price for the complete plumbing package can be agreed following review of the works.
