About the Role
You’ll be responsible for high-quality body repairs and refinishing, working independently to restore vehicles to their best condition. We're a fast-paced and supportive environment, and your expertise will directly contribute to our reputation for excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Filler and fibreglass repairs
- Full vehicle painting and refinishing
- Preparing vehicles to a high standard
- Managing allocated jobs independently
- Meeting timescales while maintaining top-quality results
- Collaborating with your team to ensure efficient workflow
- Restoration work
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in a professional bodyshop setting and a strong work ethic. You’ll need:
- Experience in vehicle body repair, prep, and paintwork
- Sound knowledge of automotive refinishing processes
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Eligibility to work in the UK
This position may suit candidates currently working as a Bodyshop Mechanic, Automotive Prepper, Autobody Prepper, Mechanical Prepper, or Bodyshop Prepper.
