Business Support Administrator
Location: Fulcrum Commercial Kitchens, Marlborough, SN8 4AW
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break)

About the Role
Fulcrum Commercial Kitchens is looking for a proactive and organised Business Support Administrator to join our friendly office team. This is a varied role that supports our Sales, Projects, Service and Accounts departments, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. The successful candidate will be based in our office and will play an important role in supporting multiple departments, providing administrative assistance, and helping to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to all departments.
- Raising and managing purchase orders (POs).
- Assisting with general office administration.
- Supporting the accounts function with administrative tasks.
- Working from our CRM system
- Updating and maintaining records within Simpro and other business systems.
- Liaising with suppliers, engineers, customers, and internal teams.
- Assisting with other administrative duties as required.
About You

- Proficient in using computers and confident working with business software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads.
- A strong communicator with a professional and friendly manner.
- A team player who is happy to support different areas of the business.
- Reliable, proactive and keen to learn.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or business support role is desirable.
- Experience using Simpro or similar Field Service Management Software is desirable. Candidates without this experience must be willing and able to learn the system quickly.
- Experience working with purchase orders, accounts administration or project support would be advantageous.
