This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, compassionate and highly motivated professional who believes that every young person deserves a curriculum tailored to their individual needs, strengths and aspirations.
At TCW, we work with young people who have often experienced significant barriers to education, including SEND, SEMH needs, anxiety, school avoidance and complex personal circumstances. As Curriculum Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring every student receives a bespoke, high-quality educational experience that supports both their academic progress and future ambitions.
About the Role
The Curriculum Coordinator sits at the heart of our educational provision.
This role is central to the educational provision, involving the planning and development of ambitious, responsive curricula that support students from admission through to transition and destination planning.
The position is highly collaborative, requiring the Coordinator to work closely with teachers, welfare officers, and leadership to monitor student progress, engagement, and outcomes while ensuring all documentation is accurate and inspection-ready. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of personalised learning and SEND, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for building systems that improve outcomes for vulnerable young people.
Why work for TCW?
At TCW, every member of staff contributes directly to changing the lives of young people who have struggled to thrive in traditional educational settings.
We offer:
- A supportive and collaborative working environment.
- Opportunities for professional development and progression.
- The chance to work creatively and flexibly with young people.
- A role with genuine responsibility and influence on student outcomes.
- A values-driven organisation committed to innovation, inclusion and excellence.
Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work on young people's confidence, engagement, qualifications and future opportunities.
