Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive training sessions that improve technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness
- Motivate players to achieve personal bests through positive reinforcement and constructive feedback
- Monitor player performance during practices, providing individualized guidance for improvement
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment that promotes teamwork and sportsmanship
- Coordinate with other coaches and support staff to ensure seamless team operations
- Work effectively with other coaches during the session
Requirements
- Minimum UEFA C license
- Proven sports coaching experience with a focus on football or similar team sports
- Strong teaching abilities to effectively communicate techniques, strategies, and feedback
- Passion for developing athletes’ skills while emphasizing discipline and fair play
- Ability to motivate diverse groups of players and adapt coaching methods as needed
- Excellent organizational skills for planning practices, managing schedules, and tracking progress
- Knowledge of safety protocols and injury prevention measures in sports settings
