Site Welfare Cleaner – £16/hour – £160/Week – CSCS Required

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Welfare Cleaner to join our team on a regular subcontractor basis at a construction site in Theydon Mount, Epping (CM16 7PU).
This is an ongoing position offering 10 hours per week across 2 days, with 5 hours per shift.

You will be responsible for keeping the site's welfare facilities clean, hygienic and well maintained.
Duties
- Cleaning toilets and welfare facilities
- Cleaning canteen and kitchen areas
- Cleaning site offices
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste
- Wiping down surfaces and maintaining general cleanliness
- Restocking toilet and welfare consumables
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damage to site management
- Following site health and safety procedures
Requirements
You must:
- Have previous commercial cleaning experience
- Hold a valid CSCS card
- Have your own car and be able to drive to the site
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be comfortable working independently
- Have good attention to detail
- Be able to carry out physical cleaning duties
- Take pride in maintaining a consistently high standard
Previous experience cleaning construction sites or welfare facilities is preferred but not essential.
