Job description
We are looking for a Transport Administrator to join our existing team and support daily administration tasks.
I need you to ideally possess the following essential skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of project management procedures
- Good organisation and administrative skills
- A keen eye for detail
Day to day activities
- Email management -Responding to customer and internal enquiries efficiently
- Order Processing – Inputting customer orders into our bespoke system.
- Customer Management – Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Driver Coordination – Updating and maintaining driver schedules while verifying all details for the planning department.
- Quality Control – Checking collected and delivered vehicles, ensuring any issues are spotted and reported.
