The role
You'll support the day to day financial functions of the business, provide reports for management meetings and help develop our financial systems. The work is varied, but you'll have the support of a close-knit team, plus technical guidance from our Finance Manager and a team of external accountants.
The key tasks of your role would be:
- Raising customer invoices
- Processing supplier invoices
- Monitor company debit/credit card expenditure to ensure invoices have been received for purchases
- Process new supplier applications
Month-end tasks:
- Review of outstanding purchase orders
- Reconcile supplier statements
Ad-hoc tasks will include:
- Provision of reports to assist with monthly KPI reviews
- Work collaboratively with our management team to develop our finance systems
- Assist in the year-end process
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Extremely strong reconciliation ability, numeric and analytical skills

Knowledge and experience required:
- Must have a keen passion for finance
- Minimum 2 years experience in a finance environment
