We are passionate about innovating solutions for industry. We need a hard-working and competent Production Operative to work on the shop-floor.
We are currently involved with lots of interesting projects and the applicant will have an opportunity to assemble items for both our military and civil customers. They will also get involved in assembly of equipment used in another part of our business for Remote Control and Monitoring Systems
Responsibilities:
- Assembly and soldering of printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Wiring of electronic assemblies
- Component recognition and forming.
- Use of some machines for engraving and drilling of enclosures
- Adherence to the company's quality system
You will work at our factory in Desborough.
Suitable Skills & Experience:
- Some understanding or experience of manual jobs using tools - full training given for soldering, wiring and assembly
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Due to the nature of our work, every potentially successful candidate will be subject to a basic security check prior to being offered employment
37.5 hours - flexitime. Monday to Friday.
