Looking for your next opportunity in warehousing?
We're currently looking for two people to join our Scunthorpe Distribution Centre – one Forklift Driver and one Senior Warehouse Operative.
Both roles pay up to £14.02 per hour, but offer different responsibilities and shift patterns.
Whether you're an experienced FLT driver who enjoys spending most of your day on a forklift, or you're an experienced warehouse operative looking for a varied role involving dispatch, stock movement and customer orders, we'd love to hear from you.

Forklift Driver
Pay: Up to £14.02 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Sunday overtime: Usually required at least once per month
If you're an experienced forklift driver who enjoys being on the FLT and keeping things moving, this could be a great fit.
You'll spend a large part of your day operating the forklift, moving and storing stock and loading and unloading deliveries. You'll also play an important part in keeping the wider warehouse running smoothly, helping out with deliveries, dispatch and other warehouse tasks when needed.
We're a team, so we're looking for someone who's happy to get stuck in and lend a hand wherever they can!
You could be a great fit if you:
- Have previous forklift driving experience
- Have experience operating a counterbalance forklift
- Have articulated forklift experience or a licence – this would be a bonus!
- Have worked in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Enjoy being busy and working as part of a team
- Are happy to support with wider warehouse and dispatch tasks when needed
- Take pride in working safely and doing a great job
Senior Warehouse Operative
Pay: Up to £14.02 per hour
Hours: Sunday to Thursday
Sunday: 10:30am – 7:00pm
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday & Saturday: Off
If you like variety and don't want every day to look exactly the same, this could be the role for you.
You'll get involved in all areas of our warehouse and dispatch operation – from picking and packing customer orders to preparing dispatches, moving stock and helping make sure everything gets out of the door accurately and on time.
And don't worry if you've never driven a forklift before! Forklift experience isn't essential for this role. If you're willing to learn, we'll give you the opportunity to develop your skills and receive training as part of the role.
You could be a great fit if you:
- Have some previous warehouse or distribution experience
- Enjoy a varied, hands-on role where there's always something to do
- Are comfortable using computers or warehouse systems – we'll help you learn ours
- Have good attention to detail and like keeping things organised
- Are reliable, positive and happy to get stuck in wherever you're needed
- Enjoy working with others and being part of a busy team
- Are keen to learn new skills and develop your experience
What You Could Be Doing
Depending on the role, your responsibilities could include:
- Moving, handling and storing stock safely throughout the warehouse
- Operating forklift trucks
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
- Printing courier labels and preparing shipping documentation
- Coordinating daily dispatches and working to courier deadlines
- Assisting with stock replenishment and stock takes
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
- Supporting colleagues across the wider warehouse operation
- Following all health & safety procedures and company standards
