We're a destination café and events kitchen on a working estate in the heart of North Norfolk — seasonal menus, quality ingredients, and a team that genuinely gives a damn.
We're looking for a junior chef ready to step up, or an experienced CDP looking for a fresh start in a kitchen that moves with the seasons. You'll work alongside experienced chefs in a well-equipped space with real scope to develop your skills and grow into the role.
You'll need:
- Some kitchen experience — commis level and above considered
- Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic
- Pride in your mise en place
- Passion for fresh, local produce
- Own transport
- Availability for weekends and some evenings
This is a role for someone who wants to cook great food in a brilliant part of the world — not just clock in and out.
