What you'll do
- Lead by example, delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
- Support and mentor colleagues to maintain outstanding practice
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Build strong relationships with children and their families as a Key Person
- Observe, assess and plan for children's individual learning and development
- Help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery
What we're looking for
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Experience working in an Early Years setting
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
- A positive, caring and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
