Bank Staff / Labourers Required for Biohazard Clean-Ups & Specialist Deep Cleans
At Sistermatic Cleaning Ltd., we are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our Biohazard Response Team / Specialist Deep Cleaning Team on a Bank Cover / As & When Required Basis.
This is a physically demanding, hands-on role involving specialist cleaning, decontamination, restoration and labouring work. No two days are the same.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, are willing to get stuck in, and can help us deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Types of Work You May Undertake:
Biohazard & Specialist Cleaning Services:
* Fire & Soot Damage Clean-Ups
* Nicotine Residue Clean-Ups
* Infection Control & Outbreak Decontamination
* Toxic Odour Removal
* Hoarding Support & Property Clearances
* Mould Removal & Remediation
* Needle Sweeps
* Bodily Fluid Clean-Ups
* Unattended Death Clean-Ups
* Crime Scene Clean-Ups
* Commercial & Residential Decontamination Services
Deep Cleaning Services:
* Schools and Educational Facilities
* Commercial Premises, including Pubs, Bars, Workshops, Shops, and Warehouses
* Offices and Business Premises
* Domestic Properties
* End of Tenancy and Void Property Cleans
* Builders Cleans and Post-Renovation Cleans

What We Need From You:
* Previous experience in labouring, deep cleaning, biohazard cleaning, restoration, property clearance, construction, demolition, facilities management, or similar hands-on roles is preferred
* Physically fit and capable of carrying out demanding labour-intensive work
* Comfortable working in challenging environments and undertaking manual tasks
* Compassionate, discreet, and non-judgemental
* Able to handle sensitive situations with empathy, respect, and complete confidentiality
* Available to work at short notice when required
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
* Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Able to follow strict health and safety procedures
* Must be able to travel to job locations
