Mobile Mortgage Office Sales Representative
Location: Mobile role (covering local and surrounding areas)
Start Date: End of September
Working Pattern: 3–4 days per week with flexible shift patterns. Working hours will vary depending on business requirements and location, with shifts typically being around 5 hours per day, such as 11:00am–4:00pm or 12:00pm–5:00pm. Weekend shifts may involve earlier start times depending on requirements. Overtime opportunities may also be available when required.
Salary: Competitive hourly pay, with the opportunity to earn additional bonuses based on performance.

Mortgages & Insurers Solutions is a multi-award-winning mortgage brokerage with over 25 years of experience helping clients achieve their property goals. We are launching an exciting new branded Mobile Mortgage Office, using a fully branded vehicle supplied by the company, designed to make mortgage advice more accessible by bringing expert guidance directly into local and surrounding communities.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and driven Sales Representative to play a key role in the success of this new venture, helping to promote our mobile office, engage with potential clients, and support the growth of our brand. Experience within financial services is desirable, but not required. The Role
The Mobile Mortgage Office will be positioned in local and surrounding areas, allowing members of the public to approach us to ask questions and arrange appointments with our mortgage brokers.
Your role will be to welcome visitors, provide basic information about our services (full training provided), capture leads, and encourage appointments. This is not a cold-selling role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and being part of an exciting new project from the very beginning.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Mortgages & Insurers Solutions as the first point of contact for members of the public approaching the mobile office
- Create a welcoming and professional environment for potential clients
- Capture high-quality mortgage leads and customer information
- Provide basic mortgage information (training will be provided)
- Encourage visitors to book appointments with our mortgage brokers
- Help increase awareness of our brand within local and surrounding communities
- Work alongside our social media team to capture engaging videos, photos, and behind-the-scenes content
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in financial services, sales, customer service, lead generation, or other client-facing roles is desirable.
- Is confident, approachable, and enjoys speaking with new people
- Is motivated by achieving targets and generating results
- Ideally has experience documenting content, vlogging, or appearing on camera (support will also be provided by our social media team)
- Is organised, reliable, and able to work independently
- Ideally holds a UK driving licence
