Whether you're already leading PSHE or you're an experienced teacher or practitioner with a passion for personal development and wellbeing, we'll support you to develop and succeed in this rewarding role.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and develop an engaging, inclusive PSHE curriculum across both school sites.
- Deliver creative lessons that support pupils' emotional wellbeing, resilience, independence and life skills.
- Promote key themes including mental health, healthy relationships, online safety, citizenship and preparation for adulthood.
- Adapt learning to meet the needs of pupils with Autism, SEMH and additional learning needs.
- Support colleagues by sharing best practice and promoting high-quality PSHE teaching across the school.
- Monitor pupil progress and celebrate the small steps that make a big difference.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure pupils receive consistent, personalised support.
- Champion a positive, nurturing school culture where every pupil feels safe, valued and ready to succeed.
What We're Looking For

- Is passionate about PSHE, wellbeing and preparing young people for successful futures.
- Can deliver creative, engaging learning that meets a wide range of needs.
- Builds positive, trusting relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
- Is organised, adaptable and enjoys working collaboratively.
- Is committed to inclusion, safeguarding and helping every child achieve their potential.
