UKR GROUP is seeking a proven 360 White Collar Construction Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performance team. This is a true 360 role. You will be responsible for generating your own business, managing client relationships, and most importantly, consistently filling your own vacancies. While you will also receive roles from our BDM team, success in this position is driven by your ability to win work and deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions.
What you’ll do
- Develop and grow your own portfolio of construction clients
- Win, manage, and fill white collar construction vacancies
- Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
- Work closely with internal BDMs while also driving your own desk independently
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue and placement targets
What we’re looking for
- A minimum of 3 years' recruitment experience
- Proven experience in construction recruitment (white collar essential)
- Demonstrable track record of billing consistently and developing your own client base.
- Experience winning new clients and developing business relationships
- Proven ability to develop and grow a profitable client portfolio.
- Construction sector experience preferred
- Strong track record in 360 recruitment and billings
- Confident business developer – comfortable picking up the phone and winning new clients
- Demonstrable ability to fill roles quickly and effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, target-driven, and self-motivated
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and MS Office
