Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Trainee Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This paid role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in patient care, dental nursing, and reception duties within a high-end clinic setting. No prior experience is necessary—just your motivation and willingness to learn!
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival through treatment
- Assist the dental team with chairside support during procedures, maintaining hygiene standards
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently using IT systems
- Provide excellent customer service by answering queries and guiding patients through their treatment journey
- Support the reception area by handling phone calls, checking in patients, and managing correspondence
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical and reception areas
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for everyone
Experience
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact confidently with patients and team members
- Basic IT literacy for managing appointments, records, and correspondence
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- A caring attitude with a focus on patient care and customer service
- Willingness to learn about dental procedures, nursing practices, and reception duties
- Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is advantageous but not essential
