Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team and elevate our beverage service. In this role, you'll oversee daily bar operations, craft innovative drinks, and ensure our guests enjoy a vibrant and seamless experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, skilled in team management, and has a strong background in food and beverage service.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Develop creative cocktail menus and beverage offerings to attract and delight guests.
- Lead, motivate, and train bar staff to deliver excellent customer service consistently.
- Oversee the preparation of drinks, ensuring quality, presentation, and adherence to recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area while following health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant teams to coordinate service during busy hours or special events.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue while controlling costs.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a bar or restaurant setting with team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary trends.
- Experience with food safety standards and food production processes.
- Excellent leadership abilities combined with hospitality expertise.
- Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations is a plus.
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage crafting is beneficial.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
