Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial, domestic, Airbnb cleaning and possess a strong work ethic. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and their visitors. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that all areas are hygienic and well-presented.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces, residential homes, and short-term properties.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Dust and wipe surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and sanitise restrooms.
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow health and safety guidelines while carrying out cleaning duties.
- Maintain an organised stock of cleaning supplies and report when supplies need replenishing.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial, domestic and Airbnb cleaning is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within set timeframes.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving furniture.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment.
