Head Waiter – Clare Smyth’s New Chelsea Restaurant
We are looking to hire an experienced Head Waiter to join Clare Smyth's recently awarded 1* Michelin Star restaurant in Chelsea, London. With high aspirations, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Waiter to take on a leadership role within the front-of-house team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dining room, ensuring the delivery of flawless service that reflects the restaurant’s exceptionally high standards.
- Lead by example in maintaining impeccable presentation, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.
- Foster guest loyalty by delivering personalized and engaging service, with special attention to regulars and VIPs.
- Handle any guest concerns with discretion and efficiency, ensuring their experience remains outstanding and communicate issues to management.
- Ensure the dining area is immaculate and fully equipped, conducting regular maintenance and stock checks.
- Train, mentor, and inspire the front-of-house team, facilitating their growth and fostering a cohesive, high-performing environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to review service performance, implement action plans, and drive continuous improvement.
