We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our front-of-house team.
This role is for a polished and confident hospitality professional who is comfortable engaging with guests, explaining dishes and ingredients, delivering table-side service, and maintaining high standards throughout service.
You must have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality, food, and wine.
What we are looking for:
- Experience within fine dining or Michelin-level restaurants
- Confidence running a section independently
- Comfortable speaking to guests about food, ingredients, and wine
- Strong table-side service skills
