We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Trainees to join our growing Manchester team. This is an entry-level role designed for people who enjoy working with others, learning new skills and being part of a fast-paced team environment.
No previous sales experience is required – full training and ongoing coaching are provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking with customers and representing well-known brands
- Supporting face-to-face sales and event promotional campaigns
- Building positive relationships with customers
- Learning effective communication and sales techniques
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Taking part in team training, coaching and development sessions
- Representing the company professionally at events and promotional locations
