Production Line Leader
Hours of work : 6.00 am - 3.00pm (Monday - Thursday) and 6.00 am - 12.30pm (Friday)
Main Duties :
- .To support, drive and oversee the running of the production lines
- Ensure product change overs are carried out in a smooth and efficient manner, utilizing the most effective use of time and labour.
- Ensure product is produced to the agreed specification in alignment with all quality records being documented.
- Accountable for the job understanding of tasks with the colleagues based on production lines.
- Complete responsibility for line production documentation to be completed with right first time mind-set.
- Work, and ensure others work, in accordance with Health & Safety procedures at all times.
- Drive quality, ensuring that all quality checks are carried out and recorded in line with company systems & procedures
- Record and report accurate information including production statistics
- Liaise with site specialists (Engineering, Quality, Technical) to ensure line quality and performance is at maximum level
- Supervision & training of agency workers
